SMS (Text Messages) Consent
By booking an appointment with our clinic you are consenting to receiving SMS (text messages) to you valid cellular number. We use SMS messages to update and alert clients to important information about their upcoming appointmnents, paperwork, payments/refunds and other routine messages from our team. Occassionally we also send out announcements about important health news, new clinic services, discount coupons and other notices that may be important for our clients to be aware of.

While booking or doing paperwork please be aware you are required to consent to the following statement below:

"By booking your appointment and entering your cellphone number, you agree to Green Earth Medicine's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You consent to receive phone calls and SMS messages from Green Earth Medicine Clinic to provide updates and information in regards to your appointments and business with Green Earth Medicine Clinic. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out of further messaging. Reply HELP for more information. See our Privacy Policy."
Cancellation Policies
We have a 24 HOUR cancellation and 12 HOUR paperwork completion policy - please notify our office at least 24 HOURS in advance of your appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointment paperwork is required to be submitted at least 12hrs in advance to avoid a $75 rescheduling fee.

​"NO-SHOW"--If you are a no-show to your appointment YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ENTIRE PRE-PAID BALANCE. Should you choose to reschedule, you will need to pay for a new appointment.
"EARLY CANCELLATION"--If you cancel prior to the 24 HOUR timeframe- you can request a full payment refund -- or you may reschedule your appointment at no extra costs/fees.
"LATE CANCELLATION"--If you are cancelling your appointment (or have not submitted the required documents within the 12 HOUR paperwork timeframe) YOU WILL BE CHARGED A NON REFUNDABLE $75. You can request a payment refund minus the $75 cancellation fee-- or you may schedule a new appointment.
