Outpatient Ketamine Program
For clients who qualify or need outpatient low dose daily ketamine therapy for chronic pain management, our program offers a convenient online consultation and prescription service managed by our highly experienced Ketamine Pain Management physician. You are enrolled and qualified for Ketamine outpatient therapy after completing your Medical Screening appointment where you will receive your initial Ketamine prescription. You will be required to have regular follow up appointments with the doctor to review your condition.

Medical Screening Appointment (Required) $299:
Thorough review of medical records and a 20min interview to assess your condition and prepare you for treatment. A treatment program will be designed specifically for your case based on this appointment. Appointment includes initial prescription of outpatient Ketamine supply for 14 days.

Outpatient Follow Treatments $125 per visit: Monthly prescription of Ketamine sublingual or nasal spray options with dosing per Practitioner guidance and required routine follow up Telehealth Appointments.

Treatment is performed with full physician guidance and attention in the clinic setting with supportive medications for any side effects. Treatment options include: oral lozenge, subcutaneous injection and nasal sprays. *Note we do not offer IV Ketamine at this time

4hr Ketamine Treatment Sessions $650 (Non-package pricing, Screening required first)
4 hour session using sublingual or subcutanreous Ketamine dosed for your particular case by a trained and experienced medical practitioner. You will be monitored and attended by the practitioner the entire period of your session. You will be required to have a driver take you home after your session. The ideal treatment program consists of 3-7 Ketamine Treatment Sessions to get the maximal results for you condition. We provide discounted packages for 3, 5 and 7 Ketamine Treatment sessions. (Medical Screening appointment is required for this appointment)
