Lane County’s cannabis culture, plus a card that pays for itself

Eugene has long been one of Oregon’s most cannabis-friendly towns, with one of the densest dispensary scenes per resident in the state. Springfield sits right next door. If you buy cannabis for a medical reason, an OMMP card means you skip the state and local cannabis taxes. You can also legally grow up to six mature plants of your own. Green Earth Medicine Clinics of Oregon (GEM) makes getting that card simple, by video, any weekday.

We serve all of Lane County: Eugene, Springfield, Coburg, Junction City, Veneta, Creswell, Cottage Grove, Lowell, Oakridge, and out to Florence on the coast. Our in-person clinic is in Grants Pass, roughly 140 miles south on I-5. Driving there and back would eat most of a day. Your telehealth visit takes about 15 minutes, and you can join from the couch, a break room, or a parked car.
OMMP evaluations, done right

Our doctors have spent about 18 years helping Oregonians qualify for the program. At your video visit, we review your medical records and talk through your symptoms. Then we complete the physician paperwork the state requires. Patients with chronic pain, PTSD, persistent muscle spasms, severe nausea, or a neurological condition often qualify. Not sure about your condition? Call us and we’ll talk it through. Choose our Paperwork Service and our staff will prepare and submit your state application. Expedited Licensing can get you a digital temporary card within days.

Consultations for the curious and the experienced

Lane County residents tend to ask good questions. Which terpene profile helps with sleep? Can CBD lower my THC tolerance? Is microdosing psilocybin right for my anxiety? GEM’s cannabis and botanical consultations give you science-based answers and a dosing plan tailored to you. Our psychedelic wellness consultations cover psilocybin, ketamine, and other plant medicines, so you can explore them safely and with intention.
