GEM Standard Paperwork Service 

We prepare and submit your OMMP licensing application within 1–3 business days following your doctor's appointment. Once submitted, OMMP typically takes 2–3 weeks to process and return your license. *Terms apply.

Expedited Licensing Service

Our goal is to prepare, submit, and deliver a usable 30-Day OMMP Temporary License within 24–72 business hours of your doctor's appointment, transmitted electronically via the OMMOS database. A staff member will contact you by phone to activate your OMMOS account and confirm all required documentation before submission. *Terms apply.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all emails and communications from our staff, as delays on your end will directly affect your processing time.

• Double-check all information you provide — your application is only as accurate as the details you submit. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

• Be available for phone or email confirmation as needed to activate your OMMOS account and complete your paperwork.

Processing Limitations & Refund Policy Service timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including business or holiday office closures, outages involving internet, power, or communications, natural disasters, physician documentation delays, and client availability. Clients who have recently changed their name may experience additional delays if their name differs across their personal documents or within the OMMP/OMMOS system — resolving such discrepancies is beyond our control. Additionally, the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP) may experience its own delays or make errors in the review, approval, denial, or official documentation of licensing applications. No refunds will be issued for delays or outcomes caused by any of these uncontrollable circumstances.
